LEO LIANG
creative director, co-founder
Leo is known for his innovative and strategic thinking, the ability to integrate concepts into a big whole idea, and perfect details.
Leo thrives on creativity and edge cutting design. As a founder, he focuses on how to build the good connections- between designers and clients, creativity and commercial, clients business and their target markets.
Leo achieved his master degree in design from the Wuhan University of Technology in 2003 and then taught design courses as a lecturer there.
Later, with a passion for building the brands through bold execution of concept, Leo realized his enthusiasm is the process of design and the practical outcomes. In 2008 Leo started his own design agency Fox Design.
He is dedicated to nurturing creative concepts that stand the test of time.
DR. PAUL RYDER
strategy leader
A management consultant and research academic at one of the world's leading universities, Paul specialises in the design of breakthrough strategy: that which meets its objectives in complex environments. With a deep interest in strategic dynamics (the relationship between governing concepts and tactical outputs), Paul specialises in high-level strategic counsel.
He served the New Zealand government as a senior consultant for Transit New Zealand, the Department of Education, the Department of Labour, the Office of the Commissioner for Children and as Campaign Director and Strategic Advisor to the Hon. Harry Duynhoven, MP. Over that time Mr. Duynhoven secured the highest majority ever achieved in New Zealand political history. Now living in Sydney, Australia, Paul lectures at the University of New South Wales and offers strategic counsel to a range of enterprises.
ZOE ZHA
digital leader, co-founder
Zoe is a co-founder of fox design. She works closely with the design team to establish Fox Design's creative vision. Coming from a multimedia background, she's specializing in cross platform projects, digital design and marketing.
Client-centred, user friendly design is the core of her work. That makes her design speaks for clients loudly.
She also focuses on the trend of business expression methods, the potential of new techs and materials.
Zoe has a master degree in design and a graduate diploma of multimedia from University of Technology Sydney.
